
Stephanie Littler
BA Hons Social Sciences (Leicester) Dip. Marketing, MSc Social Research Methods (Surrey), MCIM, Chartered Marketer
Stephanie joined the School of Business in September 2003 as a part-time Marketing Lecturer to deliver modules on The Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Certificate and Diploma programmes.
She is a Chartered Marketer with more than 13 years strategic and tactical marketing experience gained in the hospitality, training and charitable sectors.
She is also an experienced business trainer.
For the past seven years she has been designing and delivering bespoke staff training packages in business customer care, telephone technique, selling and PR regionally and nationally to managers, trainers and other front-line staff in the workplaces she has served.
Stephanie is currently working for St John Ambulance in Cheshire as the Marketing and Business Development Manager. She was a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Merseyside committee for two years and since the restructuring within CIM she became part of the team who set up the new North Wales branch of CIM Wales.
Some of her career highlights include:
- Securing the prestigious national Vodafone Lifesaver award for two St. John Ambulance volunteers who saved a jockey’s life while on public duty last year
- Organising three royal visits at her workplaces
- Published writer. Her work has appeared in the Telegraph, the Guardian, the Independent, Cheshire Life and a number of Cheshire business journals, including the Chamber of Commerce journals: Alliance, Insight, Business Matters and Chamberlink
- One of her students was the first NEWI student to receive the Top Advanced Certificate Student award from CIM Merseyside (2004)
- Securing the first ever CIM Merseyside and CIM Wales networking events at NEWI in May and November (2006)
