
Delyth Puleston Davies

Senior Lecturer in Media Studies
After studying on a National Council for the Training of Journalists course, Delyth joined the BBC in London and, for the next three years, worked in a variety of roles in both television and radio before leaving to join Thomason Regional Newspapers.
After five years in the newspaper world Delyth worked as a freelance copywriter before starting a public relations company in Chester. The company was later absorbed by a large advertising agency in Manchester where she became Director of Public Relations, handling a wide portfolio of corporate clients.
Returning to full-time education at Glyndŵr University, Delyth obtained a First Class honours degree in English and Media Studies. Following this she completed an MA in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Manchester.
She currently teaches on both English and Media Studies modules at the University.
