The Centre of Excellence for Leadership and Management Skills in Wales
Leadership & Management Wales (LMW) is an integral aspect of the £37m Enhancing Leadership & Management Skills (ELMS) programme that has been funded by the European Social Fund and is managed by the Welsh Government.
The aim of LMW is to improve and enhance Leadership & Management skills in Wales through providing businesses with information about methods, frameworks and practices associated with the development of leaders and managers.
A body of research from the UK, US and Europe has informed The Welsh Assembly Governments view that businesses will become more competitive and productive and ultimately more profitable by developing their Leadership & Management skills.

– Network Locator Tool providing information on networking events taking place throughout Wales

LMW Events
The team based at Redwither Tower have been busy over the past few months developing and organising a number of seminars and conferences dedicated to leadership and management.
The new series of Bring your Brain to Breakfast events has now started with events being organised throughout Wales through each regional office. These events will outline what leadership and management development can do to enhance business effectiveness, and will give attendees the opportunity to think about how the adopted practices of successful businesses can improve their own business success.
The Challenge
Another exciting series of conferences has also now been finalised. The Challenge events build on the success of a South Wales annual event, the Waterton Challenge Series. Each event will provide a unique opportunity to meet, question and learn from some of today's top business brains in a forum designed to help individual and business development.
Each event will take place in both North and South Wales to ensure easier access to the events for businesses based across the country.
