Glyndŵr University postgraduate scholarship 2009

31 March 2009

Glyndŵr University is offering a special postgraduate scholarship for the coming academic year to help students continue their studies and beat the recession.

The University will pay for 50% of course fees for all taught postgraduate courses starting in the 2009-10 academic year. The offer will enable students to gain a significant competitive edge in the marketplace and ‘future proof’ their career options. The scholarship offer includes full-time and part-time courses and is open to both final year Glyndŵr University and other Welsh university students who are graduating from an honours degree this summer. Graduates of other universities who have gained an award at honours degree level may also be eligible if they have been domiciled in Wales for three years prior to the beginning of the Glyndŵr University course.

Glyndŵr University offers full-time, part-time and modular courses designed to meet the needs of all students, with courses in Art and Design, Built Environment, Business, Communications Technology, Complementary Medicine, Computing, Education, Engineering, Health and Social Care, Humanities, Information Management, Languages, Science and Environment,  Social Work and Criminal Justice, Sport and Exercise Sciences, Youth and Community.
