Glyndŵr University Community Choir

Intro and pic
Glyndŵr University Community Choir was founded in 2009 as the result of a conversation between Dr Peter Litman and the University's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Michael Scott.

It is an unauditioned open access choir which draws its members from University students, staff, and the wider town and community.

The choir numbers some 80 singers and performs throughout the year. Their spring concert is usually with professional soloists and an orchestra.

Selected members of the choir also perform at graduation ceremonies and other university functions.

Rehearsals are currently held on Tuesday evenings 5.30pm-7.30pm in the William Aston Hall on the main campus during term time.
